Debbie Twiner: Commis Chef

In May 2010, Debbie began as an apprentice
at Unity Kitchen, Tooley Street. This was the first time Debbie had ever a job as she had
experienced difficulties in getting past the
interview stage in previous job applications.

Debbie has been awarded NVQ qualifications
in food preparation and baking and is now a fully paid commis chef.
