Apprenticeships usually last for 12 months

but we can work with you to design a

programme that's right for you.

Each apprenticeship includes:

• Practical experience in a whole range of catering and hospitality operations including: front of house, barista skills, food

preparation, bakery and salad and sandwich preparation.

• Accredited qualifications and short courses including: NVQs 1 & 2 in Catering & Hospitality, CIEH Level 1 & 2 Award in Food Safety Awareness in Catering and a Health& Safety at Work Certificate.

• The Living Wage while you're training.

Run in partnership with Westminster

Kingsway College, our apprenticeships are

also accredited by the National

Apprenticeship Service.

Our classroom-based training courses are accessible for people with learning disabilities. You'll train using 'easy read' course materials and multi-media technology, with support

from a learning buddy if you need.

We'll track your progress throughout the programme.

You'll get support to plan your career

from our specialist employment advisors. And there may be opportunities to apply for

future paid roles at Unity Kitchen – giving you the chance to progress your career with us.
